Design Rooted in People-First Values

Silvera for Seniors, a trusted non-profit housing provider with over 60 years of service across Calgary, needed a main office that could grow with their operations while reflecting the supportive communities they serve.

Guided by Workplace Mapping, the new activity-based working model gives employees flexibility in  how and where they work, echoing hospitality spaces that offer diverse experiences.

Warmth and connection flow through hospitality-inspired touches—curated lighting, soft seating, layered textiles, and a casual kitchen-lounge—grounded by a relaxed, earthy palette. Rooted in wellness, the space features natural light, abundant greenery, thoughtful acoustics, and ergonomic furnishings, creating a workplace that supports focus, comfort, and overall well-being.
