The client center floor was transformed into a vibrant, flexible space that adapts seamlessly from day to night. The former reception area now spans the entire floor, creating an inviting atmosphere with adaptable furniture and DIRTT wall systems that redefine spatial functionality. A central reception area welcomes clients with thoughtfully arranged seating, while a multi-group waiting area offers comfortable, modular furniture positioned to maximize natural light and breathtaking views of the mountains, downtown, and surrounding neighborhoods.

A café/lounge space fosters collaboration, featuring a stylish coffee bar and versatile furniture that accommodates impromptu meetings, a lawyer's lounge, or a staff lunch area. DIRTT walls provide flexibility, allowing the client center to transform into a full-floor event space with ease. Conference areas include a distinctive pentagram-shaped room with a round boardroom table, designed as an Indigenous meeting space that promotes acknowledgment and inclusion. The integration of DIRTT wall solutions ensures adaptability, acoustic privacy, and a sleek, modern aesthetic throughout the space.
