Responsible Sourcing
We work with manufacturers who care about the same things we do. We pay attention to the environmental impact from raw material to end of life.
Product Reuse & Recycling
Furniture doesn’t have to end up in a landfill. We take products back and decommission what’s reached the end of its run. Anything that still has life in it gets a new home.
Cleaner Delivery
Our delivery fleet runs on electric vehicles where we can. For the rest, we’re always looking at ways to lower the footprint.
Composting & Waste Diversion
We divert packaging, plastics, metals, and compostable materials from landfills across all six locations.

Our Eco Fee
COI applies a 1.4% Eco Fee to all orders. This fee directly funds our sustainability operations, including:
- Electric delivery vehicles
- Recycling programs
- Composting
- Tree planting
- Responsible decommissioning
Our Eco Fee is not a government tax. It’s our way of building sustainability costs into the work transparently, rather than folding them into pricing where they’d be invisible. Every dollar goes back into the programs listed on this page.
