Why Get Modern? Real Estate OptimizationPrior to 2019, TC Energy realized that they were spending too many resources on renting space off-site for large meetings. They decided to take the 35th floor of TC Tower to dedicate to both meeting space and touchdown space for out of town travelers. Through a collaborative design pilot, COI and Herman Miller were able to help TC Energy design a space that has become the heart of TC Tower – bringing people to the floor through purposeful design and given TC Energy flexibility to change the space to fit their evolving needs.
