Following a significant rebrand and organizational transformation, the National Payroll Institute set out to create a workplace that reflected its evolving role as Canada’s authority on payroll. Located across two floors in Toronto, the new headquarters was designed to foster connection, support collaboration, and provide dedicated spaces for learning, member engagement, and focused work.
COI partnered with the project team to furnish a workplace that feels professional, welcoming, and community-minded. Furniture solutions were selected to support a variety of workstyles while enhancing comfort, flexibility, and day-to-day functionality. The result is a purpose-built environment that brings people together, supports organizational growth, and creates a workplace employees are proud to call their own.
