LoyaltyOne’s corporate head office relocation project was an opportunity to create the most flexible, productive and engaging environment for staff. The open concept design has unassigned workstations, and areas for both focus work and group work. Patios, a café on each floor as well as a large atrium between the second and third floors are areas to collaborate, congregate or celebrate. Coat closets and lockers throughout the floors provide employees a place to store their personal belongings.
The new landscape of work, six floors of the 16-story “smart” and LEED Gold targeted facility, is technology enabled, addresses shift in macro-demographics, supports mobile and flex work and allows efficient real estate utilization.
