This project is a true labour of love for the COI team. Since 2020, we’ve partnered with IGM Financial to help reimagine their workspace—starting in Toronto and now inspiring change companywide.Designed by HOK, the 12-floor transformation embraces a hybrid strategy with hospitality-inspired cafés, diverse work settings, and wellness spaces that prioritize health and flexibility. Sustainable materials and an Indigenous art program reflect IGM’s values and Canadian heritage.COI is proud to continue this journey, setting new standards for the future of IGM’s building centers
