The newly designed tenant amenity space in a prestigious Calgary office tower elevates the tenant experience. Featuring high ceilings in the lounge and conference areas, the space also includes inviting nooks with fireplaces and wide-plank wood floors. A harmonious blend of natural materials—wood, stone, and brick—meets modern accents like tinted glass partitions, burnished brass hardware, custom light fixtures, and rich grey woven carpets, all contributing to a sophisticated atmosphere.
Since the facility opened, the tenants have noticed improved attendance, increased collaboration, and higher employee engagement, positively impacting workplace dynamics and fostering a sense of community.
