In partnership with Edit Studios, COI helped bring a bold, mid-century modern vision to life through furniture. Set within Arthur Erickson’s iconic 1965 Brutalist tower in downtown Vancouver, the show suite balances the building’s architectural character with a fresh, contemporary feel. Rich colours and varied forms create visual interest throughout, while reinforcing a sense of warmth and personality.
COI specified furniture across the space to support both impact and function, from workstations and meeting areas to ancillary and social settings. Designed to attract tenants, the suite pairs a strong visual identity with move-in-ready practicality. The approach proved successful, with the space leased quickly and now setting the design direction for additional floors.
