MillerKnoll's Process Center of Excellence lives in Toronto

MillerKnolls’ Arrow Road facility in Toronto Canada is a 485,000 sq ft manufacturing facility supporting all HPL and veneer worksurfaces and casegood products for Herman Miller and Knoll. Arrow Road was initially only a plant for Knoll products, but in 2022, we were able to leverage this facility's expertise in veneer by expanding the scope of its wood operations and bringing production of Herman Miller veneer and laminate products to this facility.

This is the first MillerKnoll facility that went into manufacture products from both legacy companies, a testament to the capability and quality synonymous with the Canadian Arrow Road manufacturing facility.

The utilization of the Canadian Center of Excellence approach for production elevated the aesthetic of the products and will continue to help improve price points and reliability for the MillerKnoll collective brands.
